Yesterday I got back from Christendom. And yes, everything I'd heard about the program was true. It was the week of my life, I did meet a ton of wonderful people, and I am certain I want to go there in two years. Actually, I would prefer to go sooner, but unfortunately my mother didn't take kindly to the idea of skipping a year of high school :)
It was so hard to leave everything; the beautiful, reverent Masses and adoration, the fantastic classes (philosophy was marvelous), the wonderful counselors and campers, the gorgeous campus, the dancing.... let me say that swing dancing is the most addicting thing ever. It is painful to think that it's going to be at least a year until I see it again, if I visit it my senior year, and two years until I go there for college, God willing. Alas!
